This highly interactive workshop introduces the mindset, tool set and skill set necessary for innovation to become a reality at the workplace. With the creative problem solving process, participants will learn a common approach and language to problem solving that promotes meaningful collaboration and innovation. Personal feedback on the FourSight thinking style profile will help individuals leverage style differences when it comes to solving problems and use a variety of tools to create new options in response to problems and challenges. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to practice their newly enhanced creativity skills by applying them to real organizational and personal challenges.
