This highly interactive workshop introduces the mindset, tool set and skill set necessary for creativity and innovation to become a reality in the workplace. With the breakthrough thinking process, participants will share a language and approach to problem solving that oils the wheels for meaningful collaboration and innovation. The essential skills of deferred and affirmative judgment will give everyone an “idea protocol” to foster the development and growth of new ideas and creative solutions. Personal feedback on the FourSight thinking style profile will help individuals leverage style differences when it comes to solving problems and use a variety of tools to create new options in response to problems and challenges. Group profiles will also enable working groups to recognize opportunities for how to maximize their effectiveness. This session uses accelerated learning techniques which ensure that the session will be eye-opening, provocative, insightful, and a good deal of fun.
